A Fitting Beginning

It wasn’t long after Delaware North brought its special brand of hospitality to the fabled Yosemite National Park that another great idea came to the surface. “We were in a little restaurant outside of Yosemite, when we decided to map out a plan for formalizing our environmental efforts,” says Dennis Szefel, Delaware North’s chief administrative officer and the engineer of the company’s bid for Yosemite. “We didn’t have any paper with us, so we reached for a napkin."
