Delaware North operates hotels and resorts with a strong commitment to the global environment and precious resources. We begin by incorporating the high standards of GreenPath®, our award-winning environmental management system. These standards address everything from property development, everyday efficiency and waste management to preservation.

Delaware North can also point to a number of major construction and development projects built to "green" building standards. Those standards have been put in place by the U.S. Green Building Council under a certification program known as Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design (LEED). It's a voluntary rating system that has become a national standard for developing high-performance sustainable buildings.
