Facility Preservation Management

Delaware North has been entrusted with the care and facility preservation of some of the world's most special places, including National Historic Landmarks and other destinations rich with history and tradition. The more consideration and historic praise Delaware North can attribute to properties like these, the more our guests can appreciate and remember them.  

Our facility preservation management platform guides us in all aspects of facility preservation. For example, whenever we undertake a remodeling project, we do so with an eye toward preserving or restoring the original character of the building. To help us in this effort, our facilities and construction team has relationships with architects, engineers, builders and other contractors who are experts in the field of historic facility preservation.
