A Message From Jeremy M. Jacobs

Jeremy Jacobs, Delaware North's Chairman and CEO, is well-known in business and corporate circles, and as chairman of the NHL and owner of the Boston Bruins, he is one of the top leaders in sports. He believes strongly in the importance of philanthropy and community service, and thus, he gives generously his time and money. Health and education are two of the causes he is passionate about. In addition, he is the largest donor of the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County. He chaired the United Way general campaign, as did his son Jerry Jr.

Dear friends, associates, clients and future clients,

In my more than 40 years as chairman of Delaware North Companies, I have never been more inspired and excited about our future. I am immensely proud of our history and of the fact that the company is still family-owned and -managed. And as I look to the future and sustainability of the Delaware North legacy, I am fortunate to work alongside three of my children who have chosen to build their careers with Delaware North. My sons - Jerry Jr., Lou and Charlie - hold executive positions with the company and are intricately involved with Delaware North's long-term strategy. 

Over the last several years, Delaware North has continued to grow as one of the most admired hospitality companies in the world… with a reputation for putting our clients and customers first in all that we do.

Today, Delaware North embodies a new spirit of teamwork, commitment and collaborative focus on world-class operations and service. Grounded in a commitment to client and customer relationships on a global scale, we at Delaware North have spent a great deal of time and energy bringing together our best and brightest in terms of people, systems and processes to continue to make our company and our partnerships successful.

We remain focused on the continual enhancement of our relationships, especially those we enjoy with our clients and customers. We are now celebrating 95 years in business, including 80 years of operation in professional sports. These milestones serve to remind me how far we have come as a company and how great things can happen, even when you start with peanuts.
