When two of the most anticipated sports venues – Meadowlands and the new Minnesota Twins ballpark – open in 2010, Delaware North Companies Sportservice will be part of the excitement. We’ll be serving Giants, Jets and Twins fans under the terms of new and important contracts for the oldest name in sports services.  On top of those recent wins, we’ve been invited to serve fans at the new Red Bull professional soccer arena.

Sportservice has been part of the fan experience for nearly 100 years. Our founders, Marvin, Charles and Louis Jacobs, were the first in the world to figure out serving food to sports fans was a good idea. Since then, we’ve been underscoring the brilliance of their plan with fresh and innovative offerings, and with award-winning customer service and environmental initiatives.

It’s not always an easy road for a mature business line such as ours. We continually come up against formidable competition and client and fan expectations that are ever higher. Our response to those challenges is the right one: nine decades of Jacobs family ownership, the most talented and dedicated associates in the business, and the courage to bring new ideas to the table.
