Nashville Predators, Bridgestone Arena Sportservice Concessions

Sportservice operations at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena really took off in 2011, posting 20 percent gains in food and beverage and more than double the retail production during the regular season. That level of success continued well into the playoffs, too, as the Predators won the first playoff series in their 13-year history. Fans celebrated with good food and as much playoff apparel as they could get their hands on.
