Hospitality & Food Service Internships

Delaware North prides itself on being a place where talented students look first to gain work experience they'll benefit from throughout their careers. We offer a wide variety of internships to undergraduate and graduate students. In addition to hospitality internships and food service internships, we offer opportunities in specialized fields such as marketing, communications, human resources, financial planning and long-term strategy.

Regardless of your area, Delaware North exposes you to the dynamic systems of an industry leader.

We offer hands-on work experience to prepare you for a leadership role in the professional world. We will work hand-in-hand with you and your college to be sure all requirements are fulfilled and appropriate feedback is received to ensure that you gain valuable knowledge and experience you can use in your future endeavors.

We offer food service internships and hospitality internships year round. However, our summer internship program is the largest of the year. This program is a minimum of 10 weeks, generally beginning in early June.

Most Delaware North internship opportunities are in Buffalo, N.Y., although some of our other locations also recruit interns. In all cases, students are responsible for their housing and transportation.
