And with each plate we serve, we strive for uncompromising excellence. Whether we’re sourcing locally grown, organic and sustainable foods or incorporating the unique flair of regional favorites, our food service management company focuses on tailoring our menus to the needs and characteristics of each special place we serve.
And there's more. Through our Culinary Wellbeing initiative, we work to help our guest eat well and live better. Eliminating deep-fried food from our children's menus, building awareness of food choices and good health, providing guests with nutritional information, guranteeing food traceability, and requiring our vendors to engage in fair and ethical treatment of people and animals are among the guidelines of Culinary Wellbeing.
Yosemite's Ahwahnee® Dining Room, managed by Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, was inducted into Nation's Restaurant News Fine Dining Hall of Fame.
The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake Gift Shop features our own private-label wine produced and bottled locally.
