From its earliest days, Delaware North’s food service management team has been satisfying the needs - and appealing to the tastes - of children, world leaders and everyone in between. We strive for uncompromising excellence with every guest we serve.
At Delaware North:
- Our chefs are committed to sourcing locally grown, organic and sustainable foods and incorporating unique flair of regional favorites into our menus.
- Our award-winning culinary team is led by American Culinary Federation (ACF) certified chefs. They are handpicked and trained to ACF standards, as well as the National Restaurant Association ServSafe program and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
- Every food and beverage service we provide - ranging from quick, casual meals to fine dining - is designed to tell the story of the location.
- We provide all manner of culinary services and a wide range of menu offerings at each of our Special Places. And, our menus reflect the unique dietary preferences of our guests, including vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as family-friendly options.
Yosemite's Ahwahnee® Dining Room, managed by Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, was inducted into Nation's Restaurant News Fine Dining Hall of Fame.
The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake Gift Shop features our own private-label wine produced and bottled locally.
