The Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts Central Reservation Center (CRES), located in Fresno, California, is a cornerstone to our success in venue management, as well as events, bookings and more. The central reservations center has evolved into a full contact center capable of handling incoming calls for reservation services and information, and also:

  • Email booking requests
  • Fax bookings
  • Group bookings, both individual call-ins and rooming lists
  • Outbound call campaigns
  • Live chat for online Web support

Our Central Reservation Center developed a voiceover Internet protocol (VoIP) phone switch that allows for centralized management of call distribution, tracking and reporting. It also allows for a decentralized workforce in the event a property can be better served by handling some or all of its calls at the property.
