Delaware North provides operations support to each property and cultural attraction, including: 

• Facilities Management – We are responsible for the continuous maintenance of each of our properties and our operations support services team is often involved in the design and development phases of construction projects.
• Transportation Services – Delaware North manages one of the largest fleets of vehicles in the United States through our work at various properties. We maintain all of our own vehicles and currently operate a variety of alternative-fuel and hybrid vehicles.
• Internal Audits – This essential function is provided by our parent company. It helps ensure proper controls are implemented and maintained.
• Insurance/Risk Management – Through our Insurance/Risk Management Department, we continually identify, mitigate and efficiently protect our clients, guests and employees against the uncertainties of life and business. .
• Supply Management Services – Our corporate Supply Management Services Department assists all Delaware North businesses with procurement, managing national agreements and major vendor accounts.
• Security – Delaware North provides security services to all locations to aid in loss prevention, life safety, crime protection. This is accomplished through careful systems, as well as everyday actions and decisions and onsite inspections.
• Accounting – Delaware North’s finance professionals mange financial transactions, records and business reporting to help operators and managers monitor their businesses and make sound decisions.
• IT – In our wired business world, this 24/7 department manages communication systems, computing, software, networks, Internet and point-of-sale systems in a safe and secure environment.
• Human Resources – Supports field locations with global recruitment, intern programs, training, benefit administration, employee housing and compliance with federal and state, and union employment compliance.
• Legal Support – Our legal staff supports field operations and client accounts with licensing, contract review, service agreements, litigation, employment law, and annual statutory filings.
