Delaware North Sportservice operates concessions services at Target Center, home of the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves. Delaware North’s concessions offerings range from local to player- and team-inspired concepts.

Delaware North in 2013 added Crunch’s Tater Tot Supreme – a pile of tater tots topped with nacho cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream – to the Target Center concessions roster. The menu item is named in honor of the Timberwolves’ mascot, Crunch.

Green Roof

In 2009, Target Center became the first arena in North America to install a green roof. The arena’s green roof is the fifth largest extensive green roof in the United States and captures nearly 1 million gallons of storm water annually to prevent drainage into the Mississippi River.

“Target Field has certainly started a trend. Sports stadiums across the Twin Cities are jumping on the new food bandwagon, ready to excite fans with the opportunity to enjoy more than just your typical hot dog.”
