Game Day Information

Arrival Times/ Check-In Procedures

Volunteer arrival time is (4) hours prior to kick-off. Gates open to the public (2) hours prior to kick-off and all stands must be ready to sell by this time.
Game Day parking is provided for all Volunteers, be sure to ask your Group Lead where the parking lot is located or you can visit the "General Game Day Information" page on our website for details. There will be a shuttle bus to drive you to & from the Stadium.

All volunteers must enter & exit through the 000 Level of the stadium. This entrance is located off of Cedar Street and the shuttle buses will drop you off directly in front of the Draught Restaurant. (No volunteers will be allowed in the stadium once the check-in area closes. The check-in area closes when gates open; 2 hrs prior to kick-off.)

All volunteers must proceed through the Check-In area located in the Loading Dock of the stadium in order to receive a "Game Day Credential." No one will be allowed to enter the stadium without one of these credentials. (ALL volunteers must be at least 15 yrs old in order to work on game day. Proof of ID is required for all minors.)

Uniform Policy & Guidelines

Do not alter the exterior appearance of your uniform; uniform pieces must be worn as stated. The complete uniform must be neat and clean, and kept in good condition.

A volunteer may be asked to leave if they do not follow these uniform standards.

Do NOT wear or bring anything into the stadium advertising another NFL team.

UNIFORM
We report to work bathed or showered and use an antiperspirant/deodorant. Our perfume and cologne, if worn is not overbearing.
Nametags are a part of the uniform and must be worn at all times on the left chest area of the outermost garment.
Belt, if worn, must be black or brown.
Shirts are to be tucked in neat.
Pants must fit properly (waist level) and are free from holes, tears, frays and large designer logos.
Shoes must be in good condition, have slip resistant soles, low heels and be closed heal/closed toed. (NO flip flops or Crocs are allowed).

APPEARANCE
Jewelry, if worn, must be conservative in style. Males are not allowed to wear earrings. Females may wear one set of post/ stud earrings or hoops no larger than a dime.
No other body or face piercing is allowed to be showing- (i.e. nose rings, eyebrows, etc.) *You will be asked to remove them if you are wearing them at check-in.
All tattoos must be covered at all times while you are at work.
Hair must be clean, neatly groomed and conservatively styled. Hair color highlights must look professional and not extreme in color. Hair shoulder length or longer, must be pulled back and restrained if needed.
Beards and mustaches must be well kept and neatly trimmed no more than one inch long.
Face painting is not allowed by volunteers/ employees working on game days.

Concessions Uniform Guidelines:

HATS
All volunteers must wear the same hat while working in their stand.
The hat may be either:
- The stadium issued Carolina Panthers hat or visor (provided by DN for $7.50)

- A hat advertising your organization (must be in good taste and not offensive; they must be approved by DN).

Volunteers must wear a hat at all times while in the concession stands per the health code.
The hat must be worn on top of head with bill centered over the person’s face.

SHIRTS
Polo Shirts are purchased from DNC for $15.00 each prior to the start of the season.
Extra shirts may be rented from the laundry for $2.50 each. These must be returned at the end of the event, or the group will be charged the full amount ($15) for the shirt.
Shirts must be worn from event gates open to event gates close.
Shirts must be tucked neatly into pants and the sleeves should not be rolled up.

100 & 500 Level:
All group members must wear a clean DN issued blue polo logo concession polo shirt.

300 Level:
All group members must wear a clean DN issued referee shirt.

During cold weather:
You may wear a plain black or white long sleeve shirt under the polo shirt. Hooded sweatshirts are NOT permissible in the stands. DN does not provide jackets to groups working in stands during cold weather. It is the volunteers’ responsibility to wear “layers” under their polo shirt to keep warm.

PANTS
NO short shorts, spandex pants, exercise pants, leggings, sweatpants or denim pants.
A belt should be worn with pants that have belt loops & pants must be pulled to the waist.

100 & 500 Level:
All volunteers must wear clean Khaki (tan) pants, Capri pants or walking-style shorts (must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee).
300 Level:
All group members must wear Black, clean, full-length pants.
No shorts or Capri pants allowed on 300 Level.

SHOES

100 & 500 Level:
Black or white shoes must be worn (some color is permissible as long as shoes are mostly black or white).

300 Level:
Black or brown shoes must be worn.

APRONS
DNC will provide each volunteer with an apron for the day. These aprons must be returned to laundry at the end of the event.
An apron must be worn at all times in the concession stand per health code.
Apron must be removed when taking a break or going to the restroom.


Vending Room & Portable Volunteers:

HATS

Hats are not required
If the group does decide to wear a hat, it may be either:
The stadium issued Carolina Panthers hat or visor (provided by DN for $7.50)
A hat advertising your organization (must be in good taste and not offensive; they must be approved by DN).
Hat must be worn on top of head with bill centered over the person’s face.

SHIRTS
All volunteers must wear a clean, solid white t-shirt or polo shirt.
Shirts must be neatly tucked into pants and the sleeves should not be rolled up.

During Cold Weather:
You may wear a white or black long-sleeved shirt under your white shirt.
Bank of America Stadium jackets will be provided in your vending room.
These jackets must be left in your Vending Room at the end of the event or your group will be charged.
Hooded sweatshirts are ONLY permissible during cold weather and must worn under the Bank of America Stadium issued jacket. (*If the hood of the sweatshirt is up on your head, the hood from the jacket should be up as well.)

PANTS

DN will provide each volunteer with a smock for the day. These smocks must be returned to Laundry at the end of the event.
A smock must be worn at all times while vending product in the bowl and on the concourse.
Volunteers should take off the smock when taking a break or going to the restroom.

BUTTONS
A vendor number button must be worn by all vending volunteers.
All vending volunteers must wear the price button of the item they are vending.
Buttons will be worn and visible at all times while outside of the vending room.
