		GLASS: Wine Glass METHOD: Shake and Pour Over Ice INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ ounces Patrón Silver Tequila ½ ounce Patrón Citrónge Orange Liqueur ¾ ounce Strawberry Puree ¾ ounce Fresh Lime Juice 1 each Orange Wedge – squeeze & drop 1 ounce of Prosecco Shake above ingredients with ice. Top with Prosecco. GARNISH Strawberry Golden Star Fruit


1915 Cosmopolitan
		GLASS: Martini Glass METHOD: Shake and Strain INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ ounces ABSOLUT CITRON Vodka ½ ounce Aperol 1 ounce White Cranberry Juice ½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice ½ ounce Simple Syrup Rim half of the martini glass with Gold Sugar. Shake above ingredients well and pour through strainer. GARNISH Gold Dusted Rose Petal


Gold Standard
		GLASS: Martini Glass METHOD: Shake and Strain INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ ounce Bombay Sapphire Gin ½ ounce Elderflower Liqueur ½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice ½ oz. Simple Syrup Fresh Mint Leaves Rim half of martini glass with Gold Sugar. Shake above ingredients well. Pour through a strainer into chilled martini glass. Top with Prosecco. GARNISH Lemon Wheel Mint Sprig Gold Dust


Buffalo Old Fashioned
		GLASS: Old Fashioned Glass METHOD: Muddle and Shake INGREDIENTS: 2 Black Cherries 1 Orange Peel ½ ounce Runny Honey (1/2 water, 1/2 honey) 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters each glass 1 1/2 ounces Woodford Reserve 1 ounce of Angry Orchard Hard Cider Muddle the above ingredients and remove the orange peel. Then add Woodford Reserve. Fill with tumbler with ice and shake. Top with Angry Orchard Hard Cider and 2 black cherries. GARNISH Black Cherry Gold Dusted Ginger Cube


Century Sidecar
		GLASS: Old Fashioned Glass METHOD: Shake and Strain INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ ounces Courvoisier V.S.O.P. ½ ounce Cointreau Orange Liqueur ½ ounce Runny Honey (1/2 water, 1/2 honey) ½ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Rosé Ice Sphere Shake above ingredients vigorously for about 30 seconds until the outside of the shake becomes cold and frosty. Then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a Rosé Ice Sphere. GARNISH Lemon Twist Gold Dust
