We've reengineered our operating procedures to minimize contact risk and bolstered hygiene protocols to exceed best-practice guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
From temperature screenings to masks and gloves, reconfigured floor plans, mobile ordering and payment technologies, single-use or mobile menus, enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols and limited guest capacity – safety is priority No. 1 across all Delaware North operations.
Throughout all operations, we've developed materials related to this effort that include signage, entry notices, social distancing decals, table tents and "Clean Team" shirts.
