Innovation that Counts

Hospitality Shines in our Airport Operations

Delaware North is no stranger to travel hospitality with more than 70 years of experience serving airport travelers. In all, the company operates at more than 30 airports worldwide in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Delaware North brought its hospitality innovation and experience to air travelers in the United Kingdom in 2009 by opening restaurants in London's Heathrow Airport, including the popular Dining Street Restaurant and in Edinburgh Airport in Scotland. Its latest hospitality partnership is with Glasgow Airport, also in Scotland.

“Delaware North continues to focus on growing its innovative airport food service and retail business worldwide”, said Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel hospitality business.

A number of Delaware North’s airport restaurants have received industry honors and been cited by various international news media and travel and culinary publications as some of the best. Among them: Dining Street has been cited by Travel + Leisure magazine; Food Network Kitchen at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was named a top 20 airport restaurant by CNN; our version of the Original Farmer’s Market at Los Angeles International Airport has been hailed by Huffington Post and other media; and our Salt Lick Bar-B-Que in Austin, Texas, has been called one of the best airport eateries by numerous media, including USA Today.
