  1. What is a W-9 Form/How do we get a W-9 Form?
    The IRS Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification Form, is your employer identification number from the IRS. This is not the not the State of Missouri Exemption from the Missouri Sales & Tax on Purchases & Sales.

  3. What are the available dates?
    All St. Louis Cardinal Baseball home scheduled dates. (Pre-scheduling is required.)
  4. How do we qualify to volunteer at Busch Stadium in St. Louis?
    Each group must complete and submit to Sportservice a Fundraising Agreement along with a request for Taxpayer Identification Number page (w-9) prior to working.
  5. How much money can be made?
    The money each group makes can vary. The minimal group's average for 2014 season was $600.00 per game.
  6. How many volunteer group members are needed?
    There is a minimal of 12 members per event. More members will qualify you for a larger stand and the earning potential is higher.
  7. What are the age requirements?
    For the concession stands and the beverage vendors, the minimal age is 21 years old.
  8. Does everyone need to attend the training class?
    Yes, each member of the group must attend a three-hour Sportservice St. Louis Baseball orientation class, including alcohol beverage training.
  9. How many volunteer dates are required?
    Each group must commit to at least 20 events of the season.
