Delaware North manages the delivery of all retail catering at Sovereign Hill, as well as special event and group catering at both Sovereign Hill and Narmbool Function & Education Centre. Sovereign Hill is one of Australia's most famous locations. Attracting more than 450,000 visitors each year, Sovereign Hill has received both state and national tourism awards for its outstanding presentation and visitor experience. It was the centre of the Gold Rush period, and is the site of the historical Hope Bakery. The food and beverage outlets are themed to reflect life in the 1850s. From creative food presentation and service to the unique full period costumes worn by staff members, Delaware North delivers an exceptional dining experience in one of Australia’s most special places.
