Delaware North operates seven food and beverage outlets at Wellington International Airport in New Zealand, as well as the airport’s conference center. Delaware North has been operating at the airport since 1999. With a high proportion of regular corporate travelers at Wellington Airport, having six proprietary concepts and its own production kitchen enables Delaware North to vary the menu mix based on customer feedback, contemporary trends and product popularity.

Delaware North operates the Wellington Airport Conference Center under a management contract. This predominantly services a niche market of businesses, government departments and non-profit organizations with branches spread around the country. Delegates fly in, meet and fly out without the added expenses of taxis, accommodations or inner city restaurant prices. The conference centre has 10 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 4 to 100 guests with all catering provided by Delaware North.
Another proprietary concept at the airport is Curry Capital, offering popular North Indian favorites – Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh, Chicken Korma, Naan, Roti Wraps and more.
