  • Rick Abramson Chief Customer Officer

    In his current role, Abramson serves as Delaware North’s first-ever chief customer officer. A 50-year veteran of Delaware North, Abramson draws from his extensive expertise and client relationships to ensure the company’s competitiveness in an increasingly customer-centric global economy.

  • Stephen Harrington Chief Procurement Officer

    In his role, he leads all global procurement efforts and oversees Delaware North’s Supply Management Services Department as well as its Construction and Development Department. 

  • Todd Merry Chief Marketing Officer

    Todd Merry oversees Delaware North's strategic global marketing efforts, spanning all of its operating companies and locations on four continents. He guides its customer-centric mission and leads all sales and marketing efforts, including using the company's customer data and technology to achieve business objectives.

  • Eileen Morgan Chief Human Resources Officer

    Eileen Morgan leads Delaware North’s global human resources strategy and function, including talent and organization development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations and human resources systems and services. She also leads the human resources partnership efforts throughout the company’s global operations.

  • Tom Barney Vice President of Treasury

    Barney provides strategic and tactical leadership to optimize Delaware North’s financial resources while managing relationships with external capital providers, including banks throughout the world.

  • Alexis Becker Vice President of Internal Audit

    Alexis Becker provides strategic direction and leadership in the areas of internal auditing throughout the organization. She designs and implements Delaware North’s internal auditing programs and controls – covering the areas of business systems and processes, financial and accounting systems, IT, investigations, contracts and business risk assessments.

  • Christian C. De Vos Vice President, Culinary and Food and Beverage Development

    In his role, De Vos creates the vision and long- and short-term strategic direction for Delaware North’s culinary and food & beverage development programs.

  • Don Foste Vice President of Sales

    As vice president of sales, Don provides leadership, training and support for subsidiary- and property-level sales professionals, as well as supports and guides subsidiary sales strategies and goals to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Kathy Gill Vice President of Marketing and Communications

    Kathy Gill provides marketing leadership and business development support to the Delaware North presidents and various operating subsidiaries, in addition to overseeing all corporate communications. Gill, who joined Delaware North in 2015, has more than 25 years of business leadership, strategic planning, new-product development and marketing expertise.

  • Paula Halligan Vice President, Retail

    Paula Halligan oversees Delaware North’s global retail operations, helping establish the company as a full-service retail management partner for the national parks, sports venues, airports and other special places at which it operates. Delaware North manages or owns more than 400,000 square feet of merchandise space in 350 stores across all of its operations.

  • William J. Hochul Jr. General Counsel

    In his role, Hochul manages the legal function for the company and provides advice and counsel to senior management in all legal matters involving Delaware North or its operating companies.

  • Jack McNeill Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs

    McNeill represents Delaware North in legislative and regulatory matters with national, regional and local governments and agencies. He provides policy direction, coordinates government affairs initiatives at Delaware North locations and advocates for the company’s interests.

  • Jim Michaud Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Controller

    Jim Michaud leads the company’s day-to-day global financial and operational accounting functions. He collaborates with associates across all Delaware North businesses to ensure consistent application of financial policies, procedures and controls.

  • James Obletz Vice President of Corporate Business Development

    James Obletz develops and implements strategies for corporate business expansion – including mergers and acquisitions, portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, business development, corporate development and organic growth.

  • Thomas Popek Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

    Thomas Popek serves as vice president, deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer. In his role, Popek assists the company’s general counsel in managing the legal department and provides counsel to senior management in all matters relevant to Delaware North’s businesses.

  • Mike Reinert Vice President, Supply Management Services

    Michael Reinert oversees Delaware North’s supply management services group, helping the company identify, acquire and manage resources, including foods and beverages served at the company’s global locations, to meet strategic and financial objectives. He also works to maintain and implement new supply management procedures, programs and quality standards.

  • Yvette Vincent Vice President, Information Technology

    Yvette Vincent is vice president of information technology, with responsibility for Delaware North’s enterprise software solution portfolio. Vincent has been with Delaware North for more than 18 years – serving the company in multiple areas. She has been responsible for Delaware North’s mobile platform, system integration platform and various mission-critical business systems.

  • Dan Zimmer Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development

    Dan Zimmer is responsible for a number of Delaware North’s strategic finance initiatives, compliance requirements and development projects, including its new global headquarters. With Delaware North since 1995, Zimmer has served in finance and business strategy positions, including vice president of business operations for the Boston Bruins.
