Boston Holdings
Delaware North has been at home in Boston since 1975, the year Delaware North Chairman Jeremy Jacobs purchased the Boston Garden and one of its famous tenants, the Boston Bruins. As the owner-operator of today’s TD Garden, we serve more than 3.5 million visitors each year. We also have a deep understanding of what it is to design, build and operate a world-renowned, multitenant sporting and entertainment venue.
We have invested more than $230 million in recent years into TD Garden’s continual evolution as one of the world’s go-to destinations for top sports and entertainment. We have touched virtually every aspect of the TD Garden fan experience — the concourse, concessions, retail offerings, private dining and clubs, and new technology — giving us the potential to make every game, concert and family show all the more memorable.
In 2019, we celebrated the opening of a 1.5-million-square-foot, mixed-use project on the land where the original Boston Garden stood. The Hub on Causeway, one of the largest current development projects in Boston, is further transforming the city’s famous North End. It includes a pair of 500-foot-tall towers, creating a gateway for the arena with restaurants such as Banners Kitchen & Tap and Hub Hall, along with stores, 440 residences, offices and a 269-room hotel.
