Patina Catering steals some of the Emmy’s spotlight
Patina Catering – part of the Delaware North family through Patina Restaurant Group – earned national media coverage for serving the stars at the 66th Emmy Awards.
While the awards ceremony recognizes excellence in the television industry, Patina has also been celebrated for an innovative culinary approach to its three-course menu.
It took 205 cooks, 45 bartenders, 1,500 pounds of filet mignon, 3,800 potatoes, 500 pounds of heirloom tomatoes, 3,800 champagne flutes, 5,000 wine glasses and 5,940 bottles of wine to pull off Patina’s 19th year of catering the Emmy’s after-party.
