For nearly as long as there have been airports, Delaware North has been offering hospitality to air travelers by bringing the tastes, sights and sounds of the city inside the terminal. That bit of innovation has proven itself to be a stroke of genius over the years as time and time again Delaware North draws from its experience, and its host cities, to refresh weary travelers.

One of the latest examples of its hospitality prowess can be found in Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MYS). Through a partnership with the airport authority, Delaware North added a lineup of eight authentic New Orleans restaurants.

Travelers can now experience Copeland’s Cheesecake Scoop Café, Copeland’s Gourmet Kitchen, Dooky Chase, Le Petit Bistro, PJ’s Coffee, WOW Café & Wingery!, Ye Olde College Inn and Zatarain’s Kitchen, a first-of-its-kind restaurant embodiment of the spirited brand that has been serving New Orleans-style food for more than 120 years.
