Innovation that Counts
When it comes to stadium fare, innovation is the name of the game
Our partners bring the excitement on the court, ice and field. We do our part behind the scenes in the Delaware North Sportservice kitchens – adding player-themed foods and innovative twists on classic in-game fare.
Whether it was adding a “15-1 Pulled Pork Sandwich,” featuring 15.1 ounces of meats as a nod to the Carolina Panthers’ 15-1 season in 2015, or introducing the “Eich Daddy,” a specialty hamburger created in partnership with Buffalo Sabres rookie sensation Jack Eichel, our culinarians are ahead of the game.
Texas Rangers fans, meanwhile, boast arguably the most unique ballpark food experience of any Major League Baseball venue, thanks to our creative culinary team at the ballpark. The Sportservice team at Globe Life Park in Arlington serves a 1-pound, 2-foot-long hot dog that has captured international media attention since it was first served in 2012. The giant hot dog was the start of a long line of player-themed food items to be introduced to the concessions roster at the ballpark.
