Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport

4300 Glumack Drive, St Paul, Minnesota 55111

The Metropolitan Airports Commission, which oversees Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, in 2015 awarded Delaware North’s travel division four bid packages to expand food, beverage and retail operations at the airport. With an expanded footprint at the airport, Delaware North has introduced an array of proprietary and local brands that showcase the very best of the Twin Cities.

Among the new outlets is the Twins Grill, a sports bar and restaurant themed after the Minnesota Twins baseball team, featuring food and décor reminiscent of the team’s home at Target Field and a perfect gathering spot for all sports fans. Other food highlights include local favorites Angel Food Bakery, an award-winning bake shop from downtown Minneapolis, and Smack Shack, a popular fast-casual concept offering coastal dishes like its famous lobster roll.

On the retail side, in conjunction with joint-venture partner CBR Partners, Delaware North introduced a variety of new stores, with everything from convenience and newsstand concepts, to gift boutiques, bookstores and specialty retail and apparel stores. Many, such as the award-winning North Loop Market newsstand and convenience store, pay homage to iconic neighborhoods in Minneapolis and St. Paul, and others, such Minnesota State of Nice, give travelers a one-stop shop for gifts that reflect the distinctive culture of Minnesota.
