Delaware North has operated food service at Wisconsin Expo Center and State Fair Park since 2002.
The 200,000-square-foot Expo Center is one of the largest exhibition venues in the state. A Wisconsin tradition for 168 years, the fair attracts more than one million attendees over the course of its 11-day run in August.
