Delaware North Grows it's Club Level Offerings at Emirates Stadium

Delaware North’s United Kingdom team has been busy working with leadership from the Arsenal FC to develop some exciting new food and beverage offerings to cater for the ever-evolving Club Level membership at the Emirates Stadium.

Whilst the match will always be the main event, Delaware North recognises that on Club Level in particular, it is all about the experience. The Delaware North team is focused on creating a great day at the stadium, encouraging earlier arrivals and longer dwell times. Initiatives include access to entertainment with live music, kids’ zones, broadcast of the buildup to the game throughout and extended opening hours afterward.

Club Level boasts four bars and 10 restaurants, and on Box Level, the Diamond Club is led by two-star Michelin Chef Raymond Blanc. Delaware North in 2013/14 introduced the Emirates Lounge and a food court that includes concepts such as The Street Food, Sausage Grill, Fish & Chips and Sweet Cart & Candy Floss.

These changes offer a wider variety and take into consideration the need for more substantial options prior to the game – particularly for evening kickoffs, when guests are often coming straight from work. The Champions Bar saw the introduction of a street food concept, capitalising on the latest trends and offering a fusion of spices and flavours in dishes from around the world. The Emirates Lounge also has new menus with a global theme – influenced by Emirates Airline destinations.
