Delaware North has operated concessions and premium dining at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium since 1997. The venue is the Spring Training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals.

The stadium’s Cassidy Cool Zone is a popular spot to enjoy batting practice and a pre-game meal featuring ballpark favorites prepared by Delaware North.
