Culinary Wellbeing
Our companywide Culinary Wellbeing program is committed to "serving good food that's good for you," and is used to remind guests to be active and take advantage of the healthy food options we offer. The program is centered around ten guidelines that focus on nutrition awareness, education, visitor choice, using local and seasonal foods, conservation and sustainability.
We understand the role food can play in life's special moments, so we make every bite matter. Our guests' dining experiences are intrinsic to the overall enjoyment of their visits.
In addition to providing organic food services, we are also deeply committed to the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch program, which assists our culinary management teams in selecting seafood that is healthy for our guests and good for the oceans. We have made a pledge to serve only fish that meets the high standards of the organization.
