GreenPath

Driven by purpose

GreenPath® — Delaware North’s environmental program — is shaping a more sustainable future across live sports, entertainment, travel and premium fine dining.

It’s important work: By reducing our environmental footprint while creating a rewarding guest experience, our initiatives yield real benefits for both our clients and the community.

Our mission

To support a healthy planet for future generations through conscientious stewardship of the places in our care.

Driven by values

We believe in doing right by both our partners and the communities in which we operate.

That means making responsible decisions today to protect vital resources and mitigate environmental impacts for future generations — all while benefiting the clients and locations we serve. Sustainability creates practical business value to manage risk, support compliance, enhance brand reputation and meet expectations of stakeholders such as guests, team members, clients, governmental agencies and the greater community.

Impacts made, accolades earned

Millions of gallons of water conserved. Thousands of tons of solid waste diverted from landfills. Countless practices reducing energy consumption. GreenPath enables all of this and more.

Delaware North’s work is recognized by organizations such as NASA, the National Park Service, Ohio EPA and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.

Powered by collaboration

Through people and partnerships, sustainability is embedded in our organization. Delaware North’s corporate team leads GreenPath initiatives, while environmental managers, GreenPath champions, leadership and team members all help drive action across our footprint.

That’s the secret behind our success, and its how we drive measurable impacts as part of — not in place of — exceptional hospitality.

For the good of the community

When sustainability works, the community wins, too. Here’s how we’re delivering.

  • We hosted the Green Sports Alliance Summit at the Cleveland Guardians’ Progressive Field in 2026. Area businesses got a boost from the event’s emphasis on sourcing locally — and because we achieved zero waste, there was minimal environmental impact.

  • We partnered with MLB and our MLB clients to host “green” All-Star Games at Truist Park, Globe Life Field, and Petco Park.
