One of the oldest names in sports concessions has teamed up with one of the most storied sports franchises: the Green Bay Packers. Delaware North Sportservice in 2012 took over general concessions, premium dining and catering operations at Lambeau Field.

Among the Packers-centric menu options Delaware North offers at Lambeau Field is the “The Lambeau Heap,” a 1-pound BBQ bacon curd burger that is served at Curly’s Pub in the stadium’s atrium. Delaware North reopened the eatery just six days after beginning its new partnership with the Packers in 2012.

In July 2014, Delaware North teamed up with the Packers to host the first “Gridiron Chef Thowdown” at Lambeau Field. Fans from around the country submitted their favorite tailgating recipes.  Following a cook-off throwdown, the “Ultimate Brisket Burger” took first place and is being served in concessions for the 2014 season.
