Delaware North has been operating food and beverage services and special events at London Stadium since 2015.

The venue, which seats 60,000 for football matches and 80,000 for concerts, is the home of West Ham United FC and UK Athletics, and in 2019 hosted the first Major League Baseball game to be played in Europe. In addition to food and beverage services, Delaware North operates tour services at London Stadium.
