Since Target Field opened in 2010, Delaware North Sportservice has provided a full breadth of food and beverage services in concessions, suites, catering and premium areas, as well as retail management.

Delaware North has drawn great reviews for collaborating with the Twins to bring locally inspired food creations to Target Field, including Murray’s Steak Sandwich, El Burrito Mercado's Walk A Taco, Andrew Zimmern’s Canteen, Loon Café Chili, Mac’s Fish and Chips, Tony O's Cuban Sandwich, Turkey to Go, the Minneapple Pie, Kramarczuk’s sausages, and Sheyboygan sausages .

Delaware North in 2014 added perhaps the most unique culinary creation to all of Major League Baseball when it introduced the Bigger, Better Burger Bloody Mary – a speared bacon cheeseburger sitting atop a bloody Mary – to Target Field.

At the 2014 MLB All-Star game, Delaware North unveiled baseball’s first-ever self-serve beer machine, DraftServ, which gained international attention for it’s innovation.
