Delaware North, The Springboard Charity & FutureChef

Delaware North’s United Kingdom team works with The Springboard Charity to help people build careers in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries. Springboard supports young people in reaching their full potential and works with the disadvantaged and unemployed in getting them back into sustainable employment.

Through FutureChef (a Springboard initiative), Delaware North’s culinary pros at Emirates Stadium have been serving as mentors to high-school-age, aspiring chefs.

FutureChef began as a cooking competition, but has since grown to an extensive programme that gives students the opportunity to learn from and share experiences with industry leaders, such as those who wear the Delaware North whites. In addition to working with the students one-on-one, Delaware North representatives sit on the FutureChef steering committee and participate in Springboard recruitment fairs and the FutureChef job fair.
